KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari addressed the joint meeting of both houses of the Federal Parliament (House of Representatives and National Assembly) today.
Bhandari, who is nearing the end of her presidency, addressed both legislatures.
She stated in her speech that she anticipates improvement in the country’s current complex economic and social situation.
