SmartChoice Technologies & Prabhu Bank reached an agreement to operate fast banking services

KATHMANDU: Prabhu Bank and SmartChoice Technologies have signed an agreement to operate fast banking services.

For the operation of fast banking services, an agreement has been signed between SmartChoice Technologies Limited, which has the permission of the payment system operator from Nepal Rastra Bank, and Prabhu Bank, a commercial bank of ‘A’ class.

Fast Banking is an omni-channel solution that has been studied and researched for the past five years with the aim of solving the problems faced by mobile banking and internet banking in the Nepali banking world.

Following the agreement, Prabhu Bank customers will have access to modern, safe, high-quality, and dependable fast banking services.

Furthermore, more bank services can be linked to mobile banking via an open API, and fast banking can greatly reduce the time and cost of both the customer and the bank by reducing customer presence at the bank’s branches and manual work.

The agreement between SmartChoice Technologies, which has been providing quality services in digital payments for the past 20 years, and Prabhu Bank, which has been the first choice of customers since its inception, is expected to help the field of digital payments in Nepal as a whole.

The agreement was signed by Narayan Prakash Bhuju, Chief Executive Officer on behalf of SmartChoice Technologies and Rashmi Pant, Chief Operating Officer on behalf of Prabhu Bank.
