Insurance payment of 5 million to Prem Prasad Acharya family
Birtamode branch of insurance has presented a check for 50 lakhs to the family of Suryodaya Municipality-11 resident Acharya for payment of a death claim.
KATHMANDU: Sun Nepal Life Insurance has handed over a 5 million insurance payment to the family of Prem Prasad Acharya of Ilam, who committed suicide in Kathmandu.
Birtamode branch of insurance has presented a cheque for 5 million to the family of Suryodaya Municipality-11 resident Acharya for payment of a death claim.
According to Bikash Shrestha, the head of the company’s Birtamode branch, the company arrived at the deceased’s home and handed over a cheque for 5 million 12 thousand 194 rupees to the deceased’s wife, Nanu Adhikari.
According to reports, the insurance claim amount was paid within 14 days, in accordance with the terms of the insurance’policy’ that the death claim be paid to the family of the deceased Acharya who had life insurance with Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company.
