Prachanda delivering a ‘virtual’ speech to Central Committee
Shriram Dhakal, treasurer of the party, has informed that the central committee meeting will be held through virtual means from 5 pm today.
KATHMANDU: The meeting of the Central Committee of the ruling CPN-Maoist Center is being held.
Shriram Dhakal, treasurer of the party, has informed that the central committee meeting will be held through virtual means from 5 pm today. He informed that Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ will address the meeting.
Earlier, the standing committee meeting held at the party central office Paris Danda had decided to call the central committee meeting through virtual means.
He said that the Zoom ID and password for the virtual meeting will be sent through the relevant means.
In the Maoist Centre, there are 22 officials, 44 permanent committee members, 386 central committee members and 222 alternate central committee members.
The office bearers and the central committee have been completed from the standing committee meeting held earlier.
