The Speaker of the State Assembly has formed an Executive and Consultative Committee, with the Minister of Internal Affairs and Law and the Deputy Speaker serving as ex-officio members.

Amber Bahadur Bista, Narayan Bahadur Magar, Bidya Chamling Rai, Bhim Parajuli, Bhupendra Rai, Rewati Bhandari, Srijana Rai, and Gyanendra Subedi are the other members of the 11 executive and advisory committee.
Similarly, the State Assembly has formed a Drafting Committee of State Assembly Regulations. Members of the committee include Kamal Prasad Jabegu, Kedar Karki, Geeta Timsina, Gombu Sherpa, Tilchand Pathak, Nimsari Rajbanshi, Mohan Maharjan, Yashoda Kayastha, Ramdev Yadav, Lila Ballav Adhikari, and Shobha Chemjong.
Baburam Gautam, the Speaker of State 1, informed the State Assembly that the coordinator of the State Assembly Rules Drafting Committee should be selected from among the members of the formed committee and the final draft of the regulations should be submitted to the State Assembly within 30 days.
