For tax purposes, the meeting will pass a resolution distributing 8.534 percent bonus shares and 0.449 percent cash dividend.
KATHMANDU: The 18th Annual General Meeting of Shangri-la Development Bank Limited has been called.
The bank’s board of directors decided on Feb 27 to call a general meeting on Feb 17 to approve the dividend.
For tax purposes, the meeting will pass a resolution distributing 8.534 percent bonus shares and 0.449 percent cash dividend.
The bank has closed the book on March 12 for the purpose of the general meeting.
