Everyone support remains for NC candidate for presidency: Dr. Mahat
Mahat stated that the presidential election is being discussed positively with all parties and that the Congress candidate will be supported by all.
KATHMANDU: Spokesperson of Nepali Congress Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat has claimed that everyone will support the Congress candidate for the presidency.
Speaking to reporters at Parliament House New Baneshwor on Friday, Mahat stated that the presidential election is being discussed positively with all parties and that the Congress candidate will be supported by all.
He stated that if there is a problem with the government while supporting the Congress in the presidential election, the Congress will support it.
Spokesman Mahat expressed confidence in the Congress’s long-term cooperation with the Unified Socialists.
He stated that if the presidency was previously abused, he would protect the constitution if elected president by Congress.
He stated that the Congress is willing to provide opportunities in the future by working with the Samajwadi Party on other issues.
