Public holiday on ‘Magar Day’ in Palpa

KATHMANDU: Purbakhola Rural Municipality of Palpa has decided to give a public holiday on Feb 27 on the occasion of ‘Magar Day’.

Man Bahadur Saru, the chief administrative officer of the rural municipality, issued a notice on Thursday announcing a public holiday on Feb 27.

According to reports, the village executive meeting on February 15 to commemorate ‘Magar Day’ decided to declare a public holiday on Feb 27.
