Shaurya Cement holding its general meeting on March 15, issuing IPO at a premium

KATHMANDU: Shaurya Cement Industries Limited will hold its inaugural annual general meeting.

The company’s board of directors plans to hold the company’s first annual general meeting on March 15.

The meeting will begin at 2:30 p.m. at the company’s registered office in Naxal, according to the company.

The assembly will debate and approve the annual report for the previous fiscal year, as well as the resolution to appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year and determine his remuneration.

Similarly, as the company’s capital structure changes, the meeting will approve a proposal to issue an IPO at a premium price by revising the allocated shares to be issued to the general public.
