Presidential candidate to be decided by Feb 25: PM Dahal
Prime Minister Dahal informed that the discussion between the parties is continuing and the presidential candidate will be finalized by Feb 25.
KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and CPN (Unified Socialist) Chair Madhav Kumar Nepal discussed current political issues.
It is said that in the meeting held today at Singha Durbar, there was a discussion about the discussion between the parties regarding the selection of candidates in the context of the upcoming presidential election.
After the discussion, giving a brief response to the media, Prime Minister Dahal informed that the discussion between the parties is continuing and the presidential candidate will be finalized by Feb 25.
He said, ‘Discussion is going on now. The final has not happened.’
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Physical Infrastructure and Transport Narayan Kaji Shrestha also participated in the meeting.
