Nepal’s first international AOG, Marquee Ride kicks off
The ride will include a variety of entertainment activities and games aimed at strengthening the bond between humans and machines.

KATHMANDU: Jagdamba Motors PVT. LTD (JMPL), the sole distributor of TVS two-wheelers in Nepal, established the Apache Owners Group (AOG), a forum of Apache Owners that aims to celebrate biking enthusiasm through various engaging and entertaining events.
The forum, which established in May, has attracted over 700 passionate and like-minded AOG members from across the country. To date, the forum has successfully organized 28 rides, including 12 chapter rides and 16 Marshall Rides.
Apache Owners Group has always been involved in a variety of charitable, promotional, entertainment, and educational programs. Today, the forum expanded its presence by hosting the first-ever international Marquee Ride for its riders. The international ride is scheduled to last 21 days.
The ride, which began in Kathmandu, is the longest ever organized by TVS Nepal and is expected to be more than 6,500 kilometers long. Apache riders – bike enthusiasts, motorbike enthusiasts – can apply for the ride, according to the company.
The ride will include a variety of entertainment activities and games aimed at strengthening the bond between humans and machines. More than 500 Apache riders have registered for the event online.
The company claims that the quality and performance of the bikes will be tested during the Ride, which will feature Apache bikes from the 160 series, 200 series, and RR 310 category.
The ride will kick off from Kathmandu and goes through Raxual, Gaya, Rourkhela, Sarangarh, Godia, Amravati, Aurangabad, Satara, Goa, Udpi, Mysuru, Banglore, Tirupati, Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam, Brahmapur, Bhadrak, Kolkata, Bhagalpur, before concluding the ride in Kathmandu through Raxual.
Riders from Nepal and Bangladesh will be meeting up in Rourkhela and Riders begin for Goa participating different routes, riders also enjoy sightseeing at different places of India during the ride.
Motosoul Ultimate Bike Festival is taking place in Goa on the 3rd and 4th of March. It’s a biking festival with tons of biking events and gigs, and TVS will be showcasing their legacy and custom bikes as well. Riders will travel from all over India to participate in the Motosoul event.
The ride will also promote various Nepalese tourist destinations in India. Simultaneously, Indian riders will be encouraged to ride on Nepalese motorcycle trails. Nepal Tourism Board, a national tourism organization, is also supporting the ride in order to promote tourism.
Dr. Dhananjay Regmi, Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Tourism Board, promised TVS that “the board will give full support in the promotion of the ride via advertisement and Public Service Announcement (PSA).”
