SURKHET: A young man was discovered dead in Surkhet’s Birendranagar Municipality-10’s Itram River.
Locals reported that a young man was found hanged from the Ratna highway bridge.
Suraj Karki, DSP of District Police Office, Surkhet, informed that the deceased is Milan Bumi, 24 years old, of Adanchuli Rural Municipality-3, Humla, and he was living in Dipnagar, Birendranagar Municipality-10, Surkhet.
The police have stated that the incident is being investigated further.
