PM Dahal inaugurates National Martyrs & Disappeared Monuments (with photos)

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has inaugurated the National Martyrs and Disappeared Park and Civil Monument on Monday on the occasion of Martyrs’ Day.

The park and memorial built at Jagadol (Yagyadol) in Gokarneshwor was inaugurated during a ceremony.

This park and memorial has records of the names of national martyrs and missing people from all movements, including Lakhan Thapa, the Maoist conflict, the people’s movement, and the Madhesh movement.

The National Martyrs’ Memorial, Jagadol (Yagyadol) Community Forest Tourism Promotion and Management Committee was inaugurated this afternoon by Prime Minister and Minister of Forests and Environment Dahal.
