Cooperative manager committes suicide in Pokhara

POKHARA: A manager of a cooperative has committed suicide in Pokhara. Lekhuram Khati, the manager of Dolphin Cooperative in Pokhara Metropolitan City- 9 Shiva Tole committed suicide.

He was discovered dead late Sunday night after returning home from the cooperative meeting. He was discovered hanging, according to police.

According to reports, the incident may occurred after the board of directors and savers applied significant pressure to raise funds after the cooperative’s financial situation became critical.

The incident is being investigated by the police, according to reports.
