KATHMANDU: Prem Prasad Acharya, who attempted self-immolation in front of the Federal Parliament building in Baneshwor on Tuesday afternoon, spoke with Minister of State for Health Dr. Toshima Karki from a bed in Kirtipur Hospital’s Burn Ward.
He was unconscious after self-immolating and was taken to the hospital for treatment. Dr. Toshima had come to meet him after reading his status.

Dr. Toshima: Prem Sir, I am here, Dr. Toshima Karki.
Acharya: I know.
Dr. Toshima: Why you did this and you wrote my name too!
Acharya: I have written, I have also addressed you. I have written all my experiences. Wanted to do business. Try to make progress. Look at the tax matters.
Dr. Toshima: I read your status completely, see what you have done. We were! The state is for you!
Acharya: No one listens. No one hears about it.
Dr. Toshima: Our new government was formed, he should come. We would look for some solution.
