Laxmi Bank held its 22nd AGM

KATHMANDU: The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Laxmi Bank was held today, Jan 12, 2023, in Kathmandu.

The AGM discussed and approved the Directors’ Report and Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2022/23 (2079/80), as well as statutory auditors for the fiscal year 2022/23 (2079/80).

Laxmi Bank ended the fiscal year 2021/22 with a balance sheet of NPR 173 billion and a net profit of NPR 1.51 billion.

All key financial indicators are within prudential and regulatory guidelines.
