UML-Maoist to turn by turn lead chief ministership of Karnali

SURKHET: The Chief Minister of Karnali State Rajkumar Sharma of CPN-Maoist has been submitting claims for some time.

According to CPN-Maoist leader Kali Bahadur Malla, the UML-Maoist party meeting on Thursday afternoon agreed to lead the turn-by-turn government in Karnali.

The Karnali government will now be led by the CPN-Maoist for the first term, and Yamalal Kandel, the leader of the CPN-UML parliamentary party, for the second.

Following this agreement, the Maoist party’s leader, Rajkumar Sharma, has submitted his claim to the state head for the position of chief minister.
