MP Singh’s challenge to Prachanda to fulfill only 50 percent of announced promises
"CC cameras show where middlemen go to meet with high officials," he explained.

KATHMANDU: Independent Member of the House of Representatives, Amresh Kumar Singh, has said that if Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal implements even 50 percent of his promises, the country will be transformed.
He stated that in order to combat corruption and promote good governance, CC cameras should be installed in all corners of the Prime Minister’s residence Baluwatar, the Office of the President of Nepal Sheetal Niwas, and the Singha Durbar.
“CC cameras show where middlemen go to meet with high officials,” he explained.
According to him, the reason for capital flight in Nepal is to allow all businesspeople to run banks.
In Nepal, all bankers are entrepreneurs. ‘All businessmen are bankers,’ he said, citing a conflict of interest. As a result, capital flight is becoming more prevalent. No businessman in the world is permitted to run a bank, and those who do so are prohibited from engaging in other activities.’
