“PM, if your promise had been fulfilled, we would have been on side of power”

KATHMANDU: Nagarik Unmukti Party is also going to give vote of confidence to Prime Minister Prachanda.

Chair Ranjita Shrestha has stated that she will give Prime Minister Prachanda a vote of confidence.

Shrestha stated this in Parliament while discussing the vote of confidence motion.

‘Prime Minister, if you had kept your promise, we would have been in power today,’ she said. We will remain in opposition until you meet our demands.’

‘We have submitted signatures to the President to make him Prime Minister,’ she added. We don’t want to play false politics by continuing to oppose the government after the signing. We give the Prime Minister a vote of confidence in accordance with political tradition.’
