Gandaki’s CM Khagraj Adhikari to take vote of confidence on Jan 13

POKHARA: Gandaki Chief Minister Khagraj Adhikari will take the vote of confidence after 3 days.

Following a meeting with the ruling coalition on Tuesday, he informed the Parliament Secretariat that a vote of confidence will be held on Jan 13.

Following the first parliament meeting on Jan 2, the meeting on Jan 13 has been scheduled for 1 p.m.

According to government spokesperson Sita Sundas, word of the confidence vote has already reached the state governor and the parliament secretariat.

Officials are preparing to expand the government and appoint ministerial divisions only after the vote of confidence. A four-member cabinet is currently in place.

The ministers’ work responsibilities are not specified.
