Goal is to make country’s economic growth rate 2 digits: PM Prachanda

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Prachanda has said that the goal is to make the country’s economic growth rate 2 points.

He said this while seeking a vote of confidence in the Prime Minister in the House of Representatives.

‘The goal is to increase the country’s economic growth rate by two points,’ he said. To achieve this goal, everyone’s help and cooperation are required.’

He stated that he would keep his promise and provide citizenship to all Nepalis within six months. Similarly, he claimed that national identity cards would be widely distributed within a year.

Prachanda stated that he is dedicated to reforming and strengthening the judiciary as well as combating corruption.
