KATHMANDU:  Nepali eSports team DRS Gaming has become the runner-up of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship held in Indonesia.

Turkey’s STU G eSports won this competition. DRS Gaming and T2K took part in the Nepal PUBG Mobile Global Championship.

DRS Gaming received a prize of 292 thousand dollars (38.6 million Nepalese rupees) after becoming the runner-up.

Dipesh Gurung, Sahas Bhandari, Subin Prajapati, and Sameer Gurung are members of the DRS team. Victor Paudel serves as the team’s CEO.

Balen Shah, the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan, also reached to Indonesia to watch the finals of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship.
