Suryajyoti Life receives ISO quality mark

KATHMANDU: Suryajyoti Life Insurance has received the ISO quality mark.
After inspecting the company’s management, employee governance, and service quality, the United Registrar of Systems (URS) certified it with ISO 9001:2015.
The award is given based on the quality of the company’s management, employee governance, and the quality of the service facilities provided to customers.
Suryajyoti Life received the official quality mark certificate on Jan 4, 2023 AD, according to the company.
The company’s CEO, Prakash Vikram Khatri, stated that after receiving the quality certificate, the company’s CEO, Prakash Bikram Khatri, will improve and strengthen its procedures and technology to provide more convenient and convenient services to the insured.
Suryajyoti Life Insurance Company currently operates 181 branches across the country.
