IME Electric inaugurated new dealer at Maharajgunj – “Garima Auto Concern”

KATHMANDU: IME Electric Pvt. Ltd. added a new dealer in Maharajgunj as “Garima Auto Concern” in the ever-growing network for Raft Electric Scooter.

The dealer is jointly inaugurated by the Director of Nepal Electricity Authority Mr. Kulman Ghising as well as by the Chairperson of IME Group and Senior Vice president of FNCCI Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal.

In the Program, Kumlan Ghishing Said that “Electric vehicles are getting more and more popular in Nepal. Nepal imports billions of fuel from neighboring countries, use of Electric vehicles will help in reducing fuel imports and promote use of locally produced electricity.

The raft two-wheeler was introduced in Oct 22, and is getting very popular in Nepal. We have already sold over 100 units of them within just three months. He added, “we are not only selling the product but also contributing to the national economy by reducing petrol imports and helping to keep the environment clean”.
