MP Shahi’s request to speaker to proceed with restoration of monarchy
Speaking at the first meeting of the Karnali State Assembly's second term, she also asked the Karnali State Assembly to move forward with one accord without regard for party lines in order to serve and develop the people.
SURKHET: Santoshi Shahi Thakuri, a Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) member in the Karnali State Assembly, has urged the speaker to take action to re-establish the Hindu nation as an identity and the monarchy as a guardian in Nepal.
Speaking at the first meeting of the Karnali State Assembly’s second term, she also asked the Karnali State Assembly to move forward with one accord without regard for party lines in order to serve and develop the people.
MP Shahi congratulated all those elected by the people and expressed her commitment to fulfilling her role as MP by recalling the events of Nepal’s unification and the martyrs. Foreign interference, it is claimed, has recently increased.
She claimed that the country is currently beset by clouds of insecurity as a result of the erroneous decision to abolish the monarchy.
She was adamant about re-establishing the Hindu nation as an identity and the monarchy as a protector in Nepal.
