Baby drowned in Ilam

KATHMANDU: A 26-month-old Himansi Dahal, the daughter of Himal Dahal and a resident of Sakhejung, Ilam Municipality-1, died on Sunday morning after drowning in a pond near her home.

She drowned while playing in the pond and died while receiving treatment at Ilam Hospital.

The police are conducting the necessary investigations in this regard.
