Policy of current government is to do good & do nothing but good: PM Prachanda
The Prime Minister stated that it is necessary to earn the people's trust by doing good work, and that he is willing to do so.
KATHMANDU: Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Prime Minister and Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Center), has stated that the current government’s policy is to do nothing but good.
He said this while giving instructions to CPN (Maoist Center) Karnali State leaders and workers at their residence in Baluwatar.
The Prime Minister stated that it is necessary to earn the people’s trust by doing good work, and that he is willing to do so.
‘Sorrow, hard work, sacrifice, and austerity should be done well,’ he said. We suffered even if we did not publicize the good work we did.
For the first time as Prime Minister, I proposed the Madhyapahadi Lokmarg to the North-South Corridor project. Nepal is now moving in that direction. However, they have not been established as a Maoist project.’
He stated that there is a problem with taking ownership of development programs such as Bright Nepal, which was the driving force behind the current changes and was led and initiated by Maoists.
Prime Minister Prachanda stated that talks are underway to unite the communist movement and establish a socialist forum. He expressed his delight that his party is leading in Karnali State and stated that the current government is concerned about the region’s development.
The Prime Minister directed the formation of the next Karnali government to accelerate economic development for the people of Karnali and Karnali State, to establish lively relations with the people, and to gain their trust.
