Gremio announced Suarez’s signing on Saturday. Gremio has signed Suarez to a two-year contract.
Suarez recently parted ways with Uruguay’s Nacional de Futbol.
In 14 games, he scored eight goals.
Suarez, 35, previously played for Atlético Madrid before joining the National. Suarez joined Atletico Madrid from Barcelona in 2020.
He spent six years with Barcelona before joining Atletico. Suarez joined Barcelona in 2014 from Premier League club Liverpool.
