KATHMANDU: Prime Minister and CPN Maoist Center Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda met with UML Chairperson KC Sharma Oli.
A meeting was held in the morning at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar.
The meeting is believed to have discussed the government’s common minimum program, cabinet expansion, and other issues. On Thursday, a high-level political mechanism was formed to help run the government, led by Oli.
Prime Minister and Chairperson of Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister and Chairperson of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Rabi Lamichhane, Chairperson of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Rajendra Lingden and Chairperson of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Upendra Yadav are members of the mechanism.
The ruling party Maoist, UML, RSP and RPP agreed on the common minimum program of the government.
