KATHMANDU: CPN-UML leader Pradeep Gyawali has claimed that the discussion is only about the support of the unified socialists to the government.

Gyawali stated that such a possibility does not exist, despite reports that the Unified Socialist Party, which was formed after the UML split one and a half years ago, wants to rejoin the party and become the largest party in parliament.

He stated that the current discussion is limited to broadening the scope of the government’s assistance. “Beyond that, the discussions are only speculations, exaggerations, and rumors,” he wrote on Facebook.

Leader Gyawali, who is close to the UML president, has stated that the communist movement has arrived at this point after breaking through the terrible siege imposed by the UML and others.

‘There will be no decision that contradicts the feelings of the comrades who stood like satisal during the crisis. “There are some historical events that cannot and should not be forgotten,” he said.
