Gandaki’s MP Neupane take oath on Bhagwad Gita
Neupane, who was elected from Gorkha 1 (B), has stated that he will continue to work for the province's prosperity during his term.
POKHARA: Nanda Prasad Neupane, the newly elected Member of Parliament for Gandaki, took the oath by touching the Bhagavad Gita.
Neupane, who was elected from Gorkha 1 (B), has stated that he will continue to work for the province’s prosperity during his term.
‘I will complete my term with the faith I have received,’ he said, referring to the oath he took with the Gita in which he believes.
Neupane was elected from the difficult Gandaki region.
His constituency includes Chumnubri, a municipality in Gandaki that is not served by the road network.
He is also the Congress Gorkha district president.
