Gandaki MP took oath

POKHARA: The newly elected members of the Gandaki State Assembly have taken the oath of office.

Mitralal Basyal, a senior member, administered the oath to the 59 MPs.

56 members of parliament took their oaths in Nepali and three in their mother tongue.

Saraswati Gurung of Kaski and Pancharam Gurung of Syangja took their oaths in Gurung, while Parbati Tamang of Lamjung took hers in Tamang.
