KP Oli selected as coordinator of power alliance

KATHMANDU: KP Oli, the chairperson of the CPN-UML, has been appointed as the coordinator of the alliance of power partner parties.

This decision was made during a morning meeting of the top leaders of the power partner parties at Baluwatar, the Prime Minister’s official residence.

The RSP’s chairperson, Rabi Lamichhane, who is also the Home Minister, announced that Oli will be the coordinator. The meeting decided to develop a bare-bones common program. Within 5 days, the government will decide the minimum common program.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Chairperson of CPN-UML KP Sharma Oli, Chairperson of RPP Rajendra Lingden and Chairperson of RSP and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane participated in the meeting.
