Election to elect NC leader in Madhesh State today

KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC) is going to hold elections today to select the leader of the parliamentary party in Madhesh State.

There is going to be a competition for the party leader between the state president Krishna Prasad Yadav and former minister Ram Saroj Yadav.

Nitesh Kumar Gupta, head of campaign, informed that voting will be held at the party’s Madhes state office in Janakpur from 3 pm to 4 pm today.

Both Krishna Prasad and Ram Saroj also contested for the state president in the Congress session.
