KATHMANDU: The meeting of the leaders of the 7 parties that supported the government has ended. The meeting held since morning at the Prime Minister’s residence, Baluwatar, has ended.

Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane informed that a minimum common program preparation committee will be formed with 1-1 leaders from the power partner parties.

According to him, the government will decide the minimum common program within 5 days.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Chairperson of CPN-UML KP Sharma Oli, Chairperson of Rastriya Prajatantra Party Rajendra Lingden and Chairperson of RSP and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane participated in the meeting.

In the meeting, the President, Vice-President, Speaker, Deputy Speaker, State Heads, Chief Ministers, Ministries and which parties will take what and how much will be taken.

Prachanda was appointed as the Prime Minister on the Dec 25 last after gathering the support of 7 parties. On Dec 26, Prime Minister Prachanda and 8 ministers took oath.

Among them, 4 ministers have not even been given the responsibility of the ministry.
