KATHMANDU: UML Chairperson KP Oli has left Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda’s private residence.

To complete the government, the two leaders discussed issues such as ministry distribution and power sharing among the parties.

According to Chairperson Oli, current issues were discussed during the nearly two and a half hour conversation.

However, it has been stated that they have discussed issues such as the ruling coalition’s upcoming joint journey, government expansion, and ministry division. The meeting also discussed the implementation of the decision made by the first meeting of the Council of Ministers to improve good governance and service delivery.

Earlier, Oli had reached Khumaltar in the evening of Poush 4 2077 (Dec 19, 2020), the day before the dissolution of Parliament.

The distance between Oli and Prachanda widened following the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR).

Following Prachanda’s removal from the Congress alliance, the relationship between these two leaders has improved.

The next meeting of the ruling coalition’s top leaders is expected to take place tomorrow in Baluwatar.
