Mohamed Salah scored Liverpool’s first goal in the fifth minute. Virgil van Dijk scored in the 37th minute of the game to give Liverpool a 2-0 lead.

Ollie Watkins scored in the 59th minute to put Aston up 2-1.

Stefan Bajcetic scored in the 81st minute to give Liverpool a 3-1 victory.

Liverpool now has 25 points in 15 games.

Liverpool is sixth. With 18 points, Aston is in 12th place.
