Premier League: Newcastle beat Leicester City

KATHMANDU: Newcastle United defeated Leicester City in the English Premier League. Newcastle defeated Leicester 3-0 on Monday.

Chris Wood scored a penalty in the third minute of the game, giving Newcastle an early lead.

Miguel Almiron scored in the seventh minute to give Newcastle a 2-0 lead.

Jolinton then scored in the 32nd minute to give Newcastle a 3-0 victory.

Newcastle has moved up to second place in the league with this victory. Newcastle currently has 33 points after 16 games. Leicester is 13th in the table with 17 points.

Fulham defeated Crystal Palace 3-0 in the Premier League. Brighton defeated Southampton 3-1, and Wolves defeated Everton 2-1.
