State chief Khapung administered oath to senior members of council

BIRATNAGAR: Gayanand Mandal, State 1’s senior member, took the oath from the state chief.

Parshuram Khapung, State Chief of State 1, has taken his oath as the senior member of the Mandal of Morang Constituency No. 5 (1), who was elected as Member of State Assembly of State 1.

The oath of office and confidentiality was administered by State Chief Khapung in accordance with Article 182, Subsection (5) of the Nepalese Constitution, Section 75 of the State Assembly Member Election Act, 2074, and Section 19 of the State Assembly Officials and Members Remuneration and Facilities Act, 2075.

The Mandal who took oath with Khapung is making 92 members of the State Assembly take oath.
