Madhav & Jhala Nath also left Baluwatar

KATHMANDU: CPN (Unified Socialists Party) Chairperson Madhav Kumar Nepal and respected leader Jhal Nath Khanal have also left Baluwatar after failing to reach an agreement in the power coalition meeting.

Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Chairperson of the Maoists Centre, did not give up his claim to be Prime Minister in the first shift during the meeting, and the Congress also claimed to be Prime Minister and President of the Republic in the first shift.

It remains to be seen what Madhav and Khanal will do after Prachanda travels to Balkot to meet with UML Chairperson Oli about the balance of power.
