Nidhi’s Balkot-Khumaltar race

KATHMANDU: Congress leader Bimalendra Nidhi arrived in Khumaltar in the morning after entering Balkot at night.

Nidhi, who went to Balkot last night as the special envoy of Prime Minister and Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, reached Khumaltar this morning.

After failing to reach an agreement on the power coalition, Deuba sent Nidhi to Balkot last night to meet with UML president KP Sharma Oli. None of the parties disclosed the conversation in Balkot.

Prachanda is asking Nidhi in Khumaltar to support him as Prime Minister in the first phase for a discussion with Chairperson of the Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.
