Man shot dead in Dhanusha

KATHMANDU: An unknown group opened fire on a businessman in Dhanusha.

Bhanu Das, 35, who owns a grocery store in Mukhiyapatti Musharniya Rural Municipality 2, was killed.

Unknown people on a motorcycle are said to have fired at him in the shop.

Das died while being transported to Janakpur for treatment after being seriously injured by gunfire. His body is currently being kept in a state hospital.

There has been no word on who fired the shots.

The police reached and began an investigation.
