One arrested with 19.5 kg liquid gold from TIA
The gold was found based on regular checks by the airport customs team.
KATHMANDU: A person was apprehended at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) with 19.5 kg of gold.
The Sudanese citizen who arrived from the Fly Dubai flight was detained by airport police in possession of that amount of liquid gold.
The gold was found based on regular checks by the airport customs team.
The person who was arrested will face additional charges, according to the police.
