Man held on rape case

KATHMANDU: Shukra Bahadur Magar, 68, of Champadevi Rural Municipality-3 Silku Besi, was arrested on charge of raping a 10-year-old girl.

The police stationed in Palapu arrested Shukra Bahadur on the basis of a complaint that he raped the girl on the evening of December 8 at the farmhouse in the same location.

The police are investigating further in this regard.
