KFC Nepal launches its first Flagship Store

KATHMANDU: KFC Nepal, known for serving the ‘World’s Tastiest Chicken,’ has opened its first Flagship Store in Sundhara, also known as Kathmandu Mall, bringing the total number of stores where customers can enjoy the ‘World’s Tastiest Chicken’ to 15.

KFC’s signature design and décor are featured, as well as a full menu of KFC favorites such as Hot & Crispy Chicken, Chicken Popcorn, Chicken Strips, Zinger Burger, and more.

Consumers can also enjoy a range of refreshing beverages and tasty side.

The store features a state-of-the-art self-ordering kiosk, a first for the country. Consumers at the restaurant are encouraged to order themselves and pay digitally, making access to their Bucket of KFC Chicken much easier and faster.

The cutting-edge restaurants also improve operational efficiency for restaurant teams through tech-enabled changes on the backend. Kitchen display systems at assembly and packing stations assist team members in more accurately assembling and packing orders as well as communicating with riders and consumers.

Customer Display Screens (CDS) aid in order tracking in the pick-up area. The restaurant has a designated waiting area for delivery riders for their convenience.

The newly opened flagship store is located at Sundhara’s Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh Bhawan, also known as Kathmandu Mall.

Along with the new store, KFC Nepal, which is targeting the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, has also introduced their new offering KFC Celebration Meals, on which consumers can save up to 31%.

The meal includes all of your favorite KFC items, such as Hot & Crispy Chicken, Chicken Popcorn, Chicken Strips, Zinger Burger, and more.
