KATHMANDU: The way for Rabi Lamichhane to take the oath of office is clear.
The path for Rabi to take the oath was opened after the Supreme Court (SC) refused to issue an interim order on the petition filed with the demand to prevent him from taking the oath.
Advocate Sunil Pokharel informed that although he was asked to be brought for discussion, the date has not been fixed yet.
A writ was filed in the SC, requesting that the oath be stopped.
The newly elected MPs will be sworn in on Thursday at 1 p.m.
