In Pics: KMC dozer demolishing illegal structure Dhobi Khola coastal settlement

KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has run a dozer in the settlements along Dhobi Khola.

The KMC has begun demolishing illegal structures along the Anamnagar and Dhobi Khola river.

The metropolitan dozers arrived in Anamnagar on Wednesday to demolish the illegal structures built on the banks of the Dhobi KIhola river.

The Occidental Public School’s tahara (small home) and wall in Anamnagar have been demolished. Similarly, the metropolitan has announced that illegal structures built on the river’s banks will be demolished.

According to Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Superintendent Dinesh Aryal, a dozer was driven into an illegally constructed structure on Devinagar government land in Dhobi Khola.
