As Gagan is in favor of honorable transformation, I proposed to leader of parliamentary party: Shekhar Koirala

KATHMANDU: Dr. Shekhar Koirala, leader of the Nepali Congress, has stated that he will propose Gagan Thapa as the candidate for parliamentary party leader as he supports party transformation, including generational transfer.

‘I am in favor of party transformation, including reintroduction,’ Koirala said at a meeting of his party’s parliamentarians in Kathmandu. We contested with this issue in the convention. I propose Gagan as the candidate of the parliamentary party.’
