Diwash Rai, a Bhojpur native, found dead in Tokyo
Ram Prasad Rai, who had been living in Japan with his wife for the past 13 years, was discovered dead in his room at 11:30 last night.
KATHMANDU: Diwash Rai, 42, of Bhojpur, was discovered dead on Saturday night in Tokyo. He was residing in Horinouchi under Suginami Ward in Tokyo.
Ram Prasad Rai, who had been living in Japan with his wife for the past 13 years, was discovered dead in his room at 11:30 last night.
According to a family member, Rai was discovered dead when his wife returned home from work at 11:30 p.m. on Saturday night. She immediately notified the police and handed him over to them.
According to the family’s close source, Rai’s body is being taken to the hospital for an autopsy after the police took charge and completed all necessary inquiries and investigations.
The police said that the cause of Rai’s death will be known only after the post-mortem. Late Rai has a 7-year-old daughter in Nepal.
