She stated at the start of the Birat Expo, which began on Thursday in Biratnagar, that it would be easier for industries if raw materials needed for the industry could be produced within the country. Concerned about Biratnagar, she stated that the industrial identity of yesterday should not be lost.
“Biratnagar’s reputation, which has built an industrial identity, should not be lost,” she said. “Biratnagar is an industrial city; let us all work together not to let its reputation fall.”
Birat Expo began on Thursday in Biratnagar.
The expo features 361 different stalls. Suyash Pyakurel, president of Morang, the organizing industry association, stated that this year’s expo will be particularly unique.
